PPAI’s annual contest to find the best industry employers allows employees to nominate their employer as one of the Greatest Companies to Work For. Maple Ridge Farms was selected for its ability to emulate best practices that keep workers happy, satisfied and engaged. The PPAI recognition was based on employee responses to an online survey exploring several key areas, including benefits, resources, culture, leadership, and company direction.
