From the Smokehouse...

Meats from our smokehouse represent the very finest quality available. Each one is carefully smoked over an applewood fire for a full 24 hours to give it a mouthwatering flavor which cannot be duplicated.


Upon Receipt...

If it will be served within one week, store in refrigerator. If not, place in freezer and serve within 45 days.


Thawing...

Your meat was shipped to you in a re-usable polystyrene insulated carton. Don't be surprised if the meat is not frozen. Because it is fully cooked, as long as it is cool to the touch, you may refreeze it with confidence.

For best results, thaw all meat in the refrigerator. Always leave the wrapper on while thawing. Good results can also be obtained by thawing in cold water.


Storing...

If you're saving it for a special occasion, make sure to keep your freezer as cold as possible. Even a small increase in temperature can shorten the life of all frozen products. For best flavor, remove from freezer within 45 days.

If you are planning on serving within one week, it may be stored in your refrigerator.
