Applewood Smoked Turkey
To Heat: Remove wrapper and netting, then place thawed turkey (breast side up) in shallow pan. Add 2 cups of water. Cover turkey with an aluminum foil tent. Place in preheated 350° oven to 1 - 1/2 hours, or until internal temperature (taken at the thickest part of the turkey breast) reaches 140° - 145°.
Boneless Smoked Turkey Breast
To Heat: Remove wrapper and netting, then place thawed turkey breast in 325° oven for 15 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature reaches 140°. Do not overcook!
