Spiral Sliced Smoked Ham


To Heat: Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Remove plastic wrapper from ham and wrap completely in two layers of aluminum foil. Place meat thermometer in thickest part of ham (but not touching bone). Heat to 130 degrees (about 15 minutes per pound). Remove from oven and serve at once.

Boneless Smoked Ham


To Heat: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove wrapper and netting, then place thawed ham in oven for 15 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees. Do not overcook!
