Orders utilizing individual drop shipment directly to recipients will be available for shipment 5 working days from factory's receipt of complete and accurate mailing list.
Complete order must be to factory by 4 p.m. CST.
Orders must include complete details (including shipping information) that do not change upon receipt at Maple Ridge Farms.
Imprinted orders must be for straight-line type or include one color artwork that needs no alterations.
If proof is requested, production time begins upon approval of proof.
Orders must be at least the published minimum quantity and not greater than published quantities.
Orders with Artwork or Digital Files not meeting factory's specifications will not be considered camera-ready and will not qualify for Quick Ship Services.
